S2: From grain-based liquor to grains proper

Section 2, Acorn Review and Portfolio Update, 17th June 2024.

In this week’s S2 I will be diving back into one of the 🐿️’s favorite topics. The grain markets (specifically wheat and corn).

Am finishing off this section in a long-time stomping ground for the 🐿️ - the Cathay Pacific lounge at Hong Kong airport. I smiled to myself as I walked past the packed shelves of Moutai in the Duty-Free shops on the way up here from the gate. Time to shift our focus from the distilled derivative to the grains themselves!
